Bush, Health Care and Fireside Deep Stuff

Bush, during his weekly FIRESIDE chat today stated that he was willing to work with the Democratic controlled Legislative Branch to make certain Americans could acquire AFFORDABLE health care.

Does anyone remember Bush's IMPROVEMENTS to the Social Security's MEDICARE program?

Does anyone remember the HUGE benefits for the average man/woman/child acquired from Bush's TAX BREAKS/ (My daughter...a CORPORATE AUDITOR...got a whoppingly END-OF-THE-RAINBOW windfall of $5.00 from THAT break.)

Does anyone remember Bush's assurances about Sadaam's stockpiles of WMDs that REQUIRED...without further ado...our blasting the Hussein out of Iraq?

Does anyone remember Bush's strong words on Terror while he was negotiating to give our ports to the Middle Eastern Country of Dubai?

Does anyone remember the swift and compassionate treatment of the Bush administration to the Gulf Coast after the devastation of Katrina?

Does anyone remember the loving way the world looked upon America after the Abu Ghraib torture and the Gitmo torture was exposed?

Does anyone remember Bush's NO-CHILD-LEFT-BEHIND and how he now forces schools to turn over school records to military recruiters so they can tailor make their sales pitch to our children when they come into the schools without parental permission to sign our children up to fight in Bush's SUCCESSFUL war in Iraq? Oh, and the schools aren't allowed to deny the recruiters access because Bush made that a mandatory requirement if the schools wish to receive the tax dollars WE pay for our children's education.

Does anyone remember that despite the proof of America's desire to STOP Bush's war, he has ignored one and all and plowed ahead with sending thousands more of husbands, wives, daughters, sons, nieces and nephews in that debacle, all the while not bothering to send his OWN DAUGHTERS, NIECES, NEPHEWS, BROTHERS,SISTERS, WIFE, MOTHER, DAD into the fray?

Does anyone remember how Bush PROMISED THAT ANYONE WITHIN HIS ADMINISTRATION THAT WAS INVOLVED WITH THE OUTING OF CIA AGENT VALERIE PLAME WOULD BE PROSECUTED? I guess I forgot that Dick Cheney is NOT a member of the Administration but he's to Dubya what Sherry Lewis was to LAMBCHOP...i.e. PUPPET MASTER.

Given all these STERLING examples of the honor, integrity, and effectiveness of Bush's programs I guess I shouldn't be shaking in my boots over the thought that Bush PROMISES to work to IMPROVE the health care system for the average American. (Do you think that perhaps he's been courting the Mortuary Lobbyists lately?)
